Is that skin or musc: Is your skin or the muscle is tender ? Then it may be peripheral nerve disorder or muscle disease, need more info.

: I know of no HSV infection that would appear on the lower leg. Without having a good idea of what that sore is from it is difficult to speculate where it could transfer.

Knee pain: This could be a number of things. Is the distorsion due to swelling? Depending on how hard the fall was, this could be a fracture,meniscal tear or even ligament rupture. This is hard to say however without examining your knee. Rest and ice the knee and if not better in a few weeks, see your MD!

If it is sore if you: -squeeze it with your hands, compressing the leg it's a sigh of possible venous thrombosis &amp; needs treatment. Have an internist evaluate you leg, &amp; get referred if needed.

Several possibilitie: It could be the result of recent activities and you have made the muscles sore from exercise (mountain climbing, stairs, etc.) or could be from medications that cause muscle soreness.  There could be a bruise from a direct blow.  You could possibly have a clot in the calf and this is serious.  There are other less common causes of leg muscle soreness.  If concerned see your pcp right away.

See dermatologist: could be erythema nodosum or simply an insect bite that might have become infected...a dermatologist would be able to help you.

Not growing pains: you might have  got some viral infection and soreness pain  in your legs  ,was duo to that and it has gone away now.May be because of pain  you were not standing straight now feel you are taller .Growing pain s are in childhood only.Adults do not grow in height .Another possibility is ,that you strained your leg muscles during excessive exercise .
