Go see your doctor: You need a much more thorough examination & evaluation than can be offered online. Fatigue & weakness is multifactorial ie caused by many different things such as depression, anemia, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, etc. Tingling in foot suggests peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or physical nerve damage. Weakness in arms & legs suggests spinal cord issue or poor fitness.

conceivably, due to consequences of soft tissue enlargement. Unless there is some hidden genetic or polyendrocrine syndrome agenda, acromegally would not be among the first things most would think of. In  any case a normal IGF-1 level can be relied on to eliminate the possiblity of excess growth hormone.

NO : Try simple measures first -by breathing into a paper bag to slow down your rate of breathing and let your muscles relax.
There are multiple causes for this type of emotional reaction.  Treatment is best if you can talk out your fears with a skillful therapist.
After a number of weeks effort-if there is no imrpovement--consider taking some mild anti-anxiety medicine.
