: Depending on how elevated the prolactin level is, pituitary tumors which enlarge significantly can inhibit the pituitary hormone "FSH" which may reduce estradiol.  Obtain a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for guidance.

Glandular dysfunctio: Many people have adrenal fatigue which will lower cortisol levels and associated stress will mess up sleep or melatonin. Ovarian dysfunction is also common at earlier age due to poor diets and chemical toxicity even as early as prenatal. Iodine deficiency may be contributing to same. See a dr at acam.Org.

Depends: It depends on what your levels are.  The range of normal for someone who hasn't gone through menopause is 15-350/400.  A higher Estradiol number could mean you have an estrogen producing tumor.  Definitely discuss this with your doctor, as i'm sure you already have, if you have a very high number.

Birth control : Birth control  pills like reclipsen  contain estrogen. If you're taking them then you are not low in estrogen. You're getting plenty from the pill.

Ovarian estrogen: She might be looking for an estrogen producing ovarian tumor (theca cell) via ovarian enlargement. Of course, this is just a guess, but your MD can answer your question for herself more accurately.

i'm 36 and day 21 bloodwork came back with e2 level at 50 pg/ml and progesterone as 25 ng/ml. is my estradiol level too low? even though the pg/e2 ratio is 500? i am ttc and worried my e2 levels may not be high enough?

: Please include normal values for these numbers in your lab.  Discuss with local Dr who knows them and you.

Get a consult: Most of this stuff about beta-glucuronidase in the stool comes from "independent medical thinkers" focused on gut flora and isn't mainstream. The scientific papers I've seen come from obscure institutions. And why are you having your estradiol checked? Reference ranges on labs are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. I'd get a second, mainstream opinion.
