You should see a Doc: If this is happening frequently and if if it is painful muscle spasm, it can be due to electrolyte imbalance or Calcium related problem. I would advise you to see your doctor who can check your Blood electrolytes and calcium level  and check you for anything else that could be causing you this probelm

Trigger finger: Finger tendons can be inflammed causing such symptoms. Anti-inflammatories and physical therapy aimed at range of motion exercises can help. Steroid injections can help too. If severe, may need to see a hand surgeon for surgery.

Yes: Meth is a powerful stimulant and can cause muscle tremors and spacticity.  It has multiple metabolic effects on the body and that can have effect on your electorlyes, and this can contribute too.  This is a very, very destructive substance. if you do not discontinue it, it will discontinue you.

Couple things: You may have carpal tunnel syndrome (cts). The median nerve which is affected in cts innervates your thumb, index and part of our middle fingers. It could be that, especially if you notice it more often when your wrist is flexed. A couple of other things it could be: arthritis (especially if you use those three fingers most at work), combo of dequervaines and trigger fingers, or trauma.

Vein blood is mostly very dark red but the skin absorbs some colors better than others and the greenish tint is what your eye sees.  Skin gets thinner with age, so veins often become more visible (and darker) over time.
