Dry Eye/Allergies: Drooping eyes can be exacerbated by dry eye or allergies (usually associated with itching).  Eyelids may also droop on there own for mechanical reasons.  The drooping can lead to irritation as well.  Have an oculoplastic surgeon evaluate you in order to diagnose your problem.

Children born with drooping eyelids may have weak eyelid muscles.  Most causes can be treated.

Get a Neurologic Exa: Eyelid drooping is a sign of neurological derangement of some type. I would advice that you see a physician ASAP, preferably a neurologist although a Primary care doctor to start with may also be a reasonable option to consider. But do not delay it more than 24 hours as you may need urgent intervention with medication. Good luck.

Several causes: Developmental eye drooping is often not evident until later years. Acquired drooping eyes are frequent in: sleep deprivation, myasthenia gravis, hypothyroidism,  connective tissue disorders. The medical term is ptosis. Most common non-developmental cause of ptosis at your age is probably myasthenia.

No: There is no functional difference between tv viewing and video screen viewing such as on a computer.  If there were a relationship causing droopy eyelids, we would be in the middle of an epidemic.  You are young to have the older age eyelid type of drooping, so best to get a quick check with your ophthalmologist to determine why this has occurred and to recommend remedies.

Depends : Not sure what you mean by "omg". But droopy eyelids or ptosis usually does not correct itself unless its caused by inflammation or neurological disease such as myesthenia gravis.    As always a complete eye exam is highly recommended.

Eye socket disease: Sudden drooping eyelid should be considered emergency and you should see your eye md asap.  Might be eyesocket or brain problem.
