It occurs most when a person is "intentionally" doing something like writing or pointing. It can be helped by medicines such as "b-blockers". Of course, always talk to your doctor about your symptoms to make a definitive diagnosis.

These shakes can be treated by eating smaller meals but more frequently. Also, avoiding quick burn carbs like sugars and starches can help.  A little more protein and some of the right fats like olive oil can be helpful.

Orgasm?: During sexual activity your body releases many hormones and other biological materials such as epinephrine.  Reactions to this may vary from person to person.  Most women who shake uncontrollably are in the throes of orgasm.  If this proves annoying or harmful in any way, suggest you see a gynecologist and discuss it.

Seizure or fever: Seizure, fever, and low blood sugar can cause the whole body to shake.  For seizure, if you retain consciousness while the body shakes, it likely is not a epileptic seizure.  Tremors can occur when medicines are taken or drugs but these are ususally not involving the whole body.  Nervous reactions can also cause whole body shaking.
