Red ears and allergy: Yes, food allergies can cause those symptoms but it does call for a medical evaluation.

Vasodilation: This type of flushing is caused by dilation of the tiny blood vessels in those regions. Heat, spices, embarrassment are some precipitating factors. If these flushing reactions are frequent, severe, and provoked by unknown factors, consult an endocrinologist who will check you for certain conditions like carcinoid,pheocytoma,etc.

Vasodilatation: While it is impossible to make the exact diagnosis, it is most likely an effect of alcohol causing opening up or widening temporarily of the facial blood vessels. This type of flushing can be only a temporary event, and should not be of concern and less you see the blood vessels remaining for an extended time.see a dermatologist!

Possibly flushing: This could simply be flushing, or blushing, some people seem to do this more in their ears.  If it is painful for a while, you could be showing signs of relapsing polychondritis.  This sometimes shows up in the throat as well.  Different areas of cartilage can become inflamed for no apparent reason in this disease.  If this is happening, see an ENT or a rheumatologist

Light skinned: Individuals can sun burn faster and be sensitive to the sun.  A dermatologist is the best type of doc to see about this but it MAY simply be sun burn.  Peace and good health.

This is due : To increase blood flow to the ears especially when you are blushing , stressed or nervous.Increase blood flow causes the skin to feel warm or hot and give it a red color.Uncontrollable blushing can be treated with anti-anxiety medications, hypnosis, psychotherapy etc.

Rosacea: The most likely diagnosis is rosacea, which can be asymmetrical in some people. Multiple treatment regimens are effective, but they all involve a low-dose antibiotic such as doxycycline, so you'll need to see a dermatologist.

Uncertain: Flushing is not uncommon, and can be triggered by emotions or things that dilate blood vessels (warm drinks, alcohol, certain meds).  The fact that it is only happening on one side of your face is a bit more unusual.  I would probably get it checked out, especially if you have other neurological symptoms on that side (numbness, skin sensitivity, etc...)

Vasodilation: The outer ear or pinna has a rich blood supply and sometimes, the nerves that dilate (expand) those blood vessels (branches of the vagus nerve) become activated and the blood vessels dilate and give a red color to the pinna and a warm feeling.  It is of no clinical significance.
