have a sore inside nose @ opening. it is raw & sometimes bleeds, little mucus draining not unusual, dries out & hurts. sometimes there is yellow mucus when nose is blown.  have to wear a mask 8hrs a day.  what can i do to heal it? does mask cause it?

: No caused by mask. Are u using CPAP nose pillows?  They can do it. Trust u have not been sniffing cocaine?  Need lots more information to be able to help.

i have a small bump on the back of my head looks like it could be a cyst, acne, or folliculitis. the spot is the same color as the skin. it has clear fluid and blood draining from that spot. fluids have bad odor. suggestions on treating this spot?

Virus: Even with myasthenia gravis, your symptoms are most commonly due to acute upper respiratory viral infection. However, this can be a trigger for flare and can quickly precipitate weakness; so keep vigilant and always notify your physician if an exacerbation is suspected.

Yes: Swallowing lots of snot can cause nausea.  The post nasal drip and runny nose could be from the increased dry air due to the heat being on all the time because of the "polar vortex". Would recommend humidifier on in bedroom 24/7, and use lots of saline nasal spray so that your nose thinks it can stop making its own goo.!  great personal steam nebulizer is "my pur mist" at target. Works great!

Nasal drainage: Such nasal drainage could be vasomotor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or of sinus origin. Since this is a chronic, persistent problem for you, I recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Post Nasal Drip: Hello. Your feeling in the throat is called a globus sensation. Causes of globus could be from allergy or laryngopharyngoreflux which is reflux of a chemical called pepsin. This enzyme helps our body digest the protein in our food. If it refluxes it may not be detected by a Ba swallow or EGD. A low acid diet is usually helpful to eliminate these symptoms. Allergy medications may help too.

Rule out CSF.: You need to have a physician look at the roof of your nose with an endoscope or microscope to rule out cerebro-spinal fluid rhinorrhea. This is a potentially dangerous situation.  On the other hand, you could have nasal polyposis or allergic rhinitis.  GET A DIAGNOSIS.

Sinus drainage: Fluid leaking out of your nose when bending over usually is due to sinus drainage. One of your sinuses (maxillary, frontal, sphenoid, or ethmoid) is appropriately draining. This is normal as a blocked sinus will not drain and could lead to a sinus infection.
