Uncommon: One must distinguish calcium deposits in the liver (not common) from deposits in the blood vessels going into the liver (rare), or calcium in the gallbladder (common).  Depending on the clinical scenario, deposits in the liver can occur in certain infections and tumors.  Diabetes and kidney failure are risks for calcium in the vessels, while gallstones often contain calcium.

ECF: Echogenic cardiac focus?  This is what it sounds like.  Nobody knows what they are.  From my reading they seem to have no impact on the child's health once born.  I have always suspected that what looks like "calcium" on ultrasound is actually tough fibrous tissue.

Ovarian cyst and cal: If this was found by ultrasound, the two most common reasons would be that you have a dermoid cyst (benign cystic teratoma) or a serous cyst with psammoma bodies (calcified cells).  With those findings, i presume your gynecologist will suggest a laparoscopy to remove the cyst.

Yes. : After soft tissue trauma or inflammation, imaging findings of calcifications  may be seen in various regions of the body such as a calcific tendinitis of the shoulder or with  hip bursitis as well as in the neck.  They are secondary findings as a result of the inflammation &/or trauma and do not cause actual symptoms typically.

No confusion: Milia are unrelated to hypercholsterolemia, but xanthelasma, which is another form of bumps on the midface, is weakly related. Much of the "medical advice" that you read online is rubbish. "Calcium deposits" in turn is a silly misnomer for atherosclerotic plaques, still our number-one disease. I'm glad you're discerning.
