Bad Taste: Well, nasty taste is not a sign of pregnancy, it is a sign of acid reflux most likely which the risk is increased during pregnancy. Avoid acidic food, spicy food, caffeinated drinks, alcohol (i'm sure you don't drink during pregnancy), fatty food and you might feel better, talk to your OB doctor

The most common cause for experiencing a brown discharge during pregnancy, especially in the later half of the first trimester, is that the body is getting rid of the older blood remnants in the cervix. As the baby grows, the original blood which is used to protect the womb is no longer required.

DVT pregnancy : Pregnancy is a high risk situation for blood clots in the legs (DVT). IF UNTREATRD DVT can cause the clot to travel to the lungs or a pulmonary embolism. This is a medical emergency. If you don't have a family history of blood clots or other coagulation disorders your risk for DVT is not too high, however higher than a non pregnant woman.  Pregnancy is in itself risk for blood clots.

Less likely.: Most pregnant women develop low blood count due to excessive dilution of blood by fluid which is why prenatal vitamins with iron are recommended during pregnancy.

2nd trimester: Most of the blood volume changes occur during the second trimester and continue until 34-36 weeks.  Along with blood volume increases, there is a rise in cardiac output.  With the rise in cardiac output, the presence of a heart murmur is common.  
Heart murmur does not necessarily indicate the presence of heart disease, and most pregnant women with a heart murmur have a normal heart.
