See your doctor: Painful blisters needs to be seen by your doctor to document location, size, and type of bumps/blisters. If needed, they can do a scrape biopsy to find out what it is. By itself, it's hard to determine, and you may be referred to a dermatologist who can pinpoint it right away and take care it. It's impossible to determine without seeing it in person, by your doctor first.

: Scabies can be transmitted with using the same bed, towel, comb or any thing of personal use. It can cause intense itching then rash and blister. Hand should not transmit any other sexually transmitted diseases but if in doubt, testing is preferred over speculation. See your doctor for confirmation of scabies &amp; treatment. All beddings, shoes which can not be washed, put sealed bags for 6 weeks

Could: Yeast lesions are not usually blisters, these are mostly patchy or may be ulcerated as a result of scratching. Blisters are mostly secondary to herpes infection. Needs to be evaluated by your doctor.

Dots on tongue: Difficult to say without more information, a medical history, and a clinical/visual examination.  Any abnormal or unusual lesion that reoccurs or lasts longer than 10 days needs to examined.  See your dentist, an oral surgeon, or an ENT specialist for an examination.

Mucocoele: A mucocoele, is a fluid-filled swelling that occurs on the lip or the mouth. These occur where mucus is produced in goblet cells lining the mouth and lips and the outlet is obstructed. The can be recurrent but are generally harmless just annoying.
