Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance must also be evaluated and treated urgently if present.

When the blood disperses in the vitreous, it can cause the sensation of floaters.  Since these symptoms cross over with retinal detachment, this should be evaluated by a retinal specialist.

Symptoms of black vomit could suggest bleeding in the stomach from a small ulcer, however small things can become big things rapidly and be very dangerous.  Don't delay getting an assessment and discuss all medications you may use, even if over the counter.
