Blood clots : Tiny blood clots, usually broken off from heart valves then float to the end arteries of the fingertips and get caught in the capillaries of the nail bed.  They are not dangerous in and of themselves, but could be reflective of a heart problem.

It has been associated with a variety of clinical settings, including systemic illnesses, generalized skin diseases, and drug therapies. There have been a small number of reports in the older literature of idiopathic onychomadesis occurrin.

Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
