Crackling ear: Ear infections can include a buildup of fluid behind the eardrum.  See your dr if fluid drains or other symptoms are present or crackling is pronounced. Less commonly considered, the ear's three tiny bones that tap the eardrum to generate sound can become stiff (otosclerosis) -- miniature arthritis -- that can contribute to hearing loss.

Arthritis: This usually represents some arthritis in the neck. The sound comes from the vertebrae not moving smoothly as you turn your head. or flex neck. It may not be present all the time and there does not have to be any pain involved. If you start to have pain and cracking see your doctor. It is important to set your car headrest so the neck cannot snap way back. Protect your neck from jerking movements.

Unrelated: The jaw clicking and cracking is a displaced disk in your jaw joint (TMJ) if it progresses to locking or pain, see TMJ expert.
Wet feeling in ear unrelated. Keep ear dry. If ear problems persist, see ENT doc.

Acoustic neuroma ?: The pressure and auditory symptoms might warrant evaluation. Vertigo, ringing, and hearing loss can also occur.  Your md should be contacted whenever there is new onset of any of those  symptoms. Other possibilities would be migraine with aura or equivalent, occipital neuralgia, partial seizures, medication effects, prolong sleep deprivation, or recent trauma to the area.

Joint noise: Benign joint noise from cervical vertebrae.  Make sure to check your vitamin D, calcium, magnesium when you get your next labs from the doctor. These play a large part in the mineralization of the bone.  If you are deficient you have more of a  tendency to hear the joint noise.

Ligaments: More than likely these sounds are ligamental snapping and most likely are insignificant unless accompanied by discomfort or sharp pains. If you are otherwise fine,there is no need to consult an orthopedic surgeon or chiropractor.
