Need ultrasound : Very often, a mass in the pelvic cavity can press on the bladder and make you feel like you need to pee all the time. It could be just a benign ovarian cyst but you need an ultrasound to find out. I recommend a transvaginal ultrasound. Given your age, I think it’s not going to be something scary but still you need the test.

Morning defection itself is not abnormal, but the pain may well be a red flag to some underlying pathology such as ibs or ibd, especially if these symptoms are new to you. I would make an appointment with a gastroenterologist to have a thorough evaluation.

Some thoughts...: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower part), diverticulitis (usually L lower part), kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, bladder infection, etc... Most people with moderate pain, more than mild pain, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not serious.

Please seek evaluation/treatment.
