Rosacea?: If you flush easily or have redness or pimple-like lesions on your cheeks as well, I would suspect ocular rosacea. Consult a dermatologist.  If not, consult another allergist.

Check  your weight for any recent gain and consult your family doctor. Gradual bagginess of the skin of the lower eyelids is often an inherited condition.

Other times they can be from traction within the eye or sometimes from external pressure outside of the eye. An examination either by a retinal specialist or ophthalmologist can give your expected prognosis and treatment options.

Not likely your rib : Different body types have different flexibilities and capabilities.  It sounds like a roll of skin rolling over the adjacent roll or rolling over deeper tissues. If is truly is a rib moving that much it would hurt really bad and this post does not read like that.

since it became from 8months i got biopsy also and resulting chronic lession oral.

now but it same like previous it feel too loose and folded.

May be normal: What you  described may be a variation on normal anatomy. If you bite the loose mucosa it would be prudent to see a dentist. If needed, the excess mucosa can be removed under local anesthesia.

Arm issues: This is a very interesting issue. The issue could be anywhere from trauma to the arm. Since it is just on one side to a rash or even an infection if the skin was interrupted for any reason. In your case you should give a more thorough history and or visit a doctor

The : The gas you pass is manufactured by the bacteria that live in your colon when they consume food substances that are not completely absorbed in the small bowel.  The gas is produced primarily from incompletely absorbed carbohydrates.  The undigestible fiber found in the fruits and vegetables are a wonderful feast for the bacteria resulting in an increased production of gas.  Interestingly, the type of gasses we pas are partly due to the very specific mixture of bacteria that populate each person's colon.  This is different from person to person so that the same foods don't necessarily cause the same odor in different people.   An increase in gas after a change in diet is not necessarily a sign of illness.  You can test this by seeing if the gas subsides by going back to your prior diet.   It is possible that the gas represents a more specific problem absorbing certain types of foods (one example is lactose intolerance); you should talk to your physician to make sure.

Hamstring: Pain behind the knee w/ ' stretching' your leg may be due to hamstring irritation/ injury, undiagnosed bakers' cysts, and other causes. See your md for evaluation if no improvement or go to er if pain / swelling worsen(dvt work - up).
