For a 7yo, contact with scented toilet tissue, soaps, buble bath, specialty underware with printed cartoon characters over the area, etc.Some kids that age don't rince well after a bath and soapy water, bath beads, shampoo or other products may enter her sensative genital area. This can set up a rash or itch.

Vaginal Odor: Bacterial vaginosis (over growth of the usual bacteria) is a common cause of a "fishy" odor and discharge, if you have not had an exam, please have a check up so a diagnosis can be made.  Frequent intra vaginal douches, also cause this and should be avoided.

good day i had a hystorectomy aalmost 2 years ago my ovaries are still there, i lately struggle with a unpleasant onion smell no matter how much i clean my private part is does not go away especially when i sweat even after i showered pls help?

: If you are not consuming excessive amounts of onions/garlic and there is no forgotten tampon inside, bacterial vaginosis is a likely explanation, and you should consult a doctor to see medication is needed.

: It can mess up vaginal bacterial flora which can lead to bacterial vaginosis. You can use baking soda warm sitz bath for 15 minutes, several times a day and you should change your tampon frequently.

Vaginal odor: Assuming that the odor is from the HSV lesions the answer is yes.  That also assumes that the bleeding is from these ulcers.  If this persists please go and get examined and make sure nothing else is going on. Best wishes.

Red bumps: If these pumps are itchy they could be insect bites such as bed bugs, if they don't resolve spontaneously  you need to show them to his pediatrician for proper diagnosis &amp; treatment. Red pumps could be due different  conditions. Good luck.
