No: Defining all the components of the blood system circulating in the host is incapable of defining malignant disease other than for the tumors of the WBC system.  The solid tumor malignancies do shed markers into the serum but are not part of the CBC and at present are inaccurate.

No: A normal CBC and ESR do not tell you that you don't have cancer. Cancer can present in many ways. The blood tests that you mention are, in themselves, not reliable screening tests for cancer. Not always,...: ..My friend.  Depends a lot on the kind and the stage. You are very young and, with exceptions, cancer is not common at your age. Why are you so concerned?  Talk to your doc about any abnormal symptom you may be experiencing.

May/may not: In most cases of Cancer, blood counts remain unaffected and can be entirely normal until Cancer is far advanced and incurable. At that stage some degree of Anemia may develop but a CBC rarely helps to make a diagnosis of Cancer unless it is blood cancer.

High WBC: White blood cells are elevated in leukemia.  Also, the rarer polycythemia vera (which can lead to red cell leukemia) and thrombocythemia (which can lead to leukemia of the platelets) can show up on cbc.

Atypical cells: Not impressed but the atypical lymphs are reason enough to to want to repeat the entire  test in a month or two .

It can: However, it is not reliable in diagnosis or in specific cases, best use is in dynamics by treating oncologist for further decisions.
