Yes: Having your Fallopian tubes cut and tied off on each end does not affect the hormones that maintain and promote pregnancy.  Tying tubes prevents the egg released at the time of ovulation (fertility) to travel down to the uterus where it would "meet" the sperm and them embed in the uterine wall. A fertilized egg could be implanted in a uterus with tubes tied and all would be fine.

Yes: It is more likely that you would develop cysts in the tube after a tubal sterilization - that is called hydrosalpinx.  You will likely eventually require surgery to remove the tubes because those cysts will only get larger over time.
