Have an exam: It's good that you are trying to eat since it is necessary for your health. But it sounds like you've been having a hard time in a few ways at least. See a doctor for a full general exam and let them know about all of these things. You may need lab work or imaging to DX well and you might benefit from a referral to a therapist for eating disorders. This will be a good way to get better. Best!

More info: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. How long does it last? Anything make it better? What food makes it worse?  Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? See your primary for initial workup. Reflux, gastritis, esophageal issues poss.

See doctor : Could be a variety of things . Please see your doctor . You may need an abdominal ultrasound to check for gallbladder disease . You might consider some general bloodwork to look at your liver enzymes and pancreatic enzymes as well as for a bacteria called h pylori . Have an evaluation with your doctor to see which tests are appropriate based on your physical exam. Good luck

May be air!: It may actually be air! sometimes sex can result in air getting into the vagina, so bloating and fullness can result. Also sex causes changes in blood flow with more going to the pelvic area. Sometimes this congestion can be uncomfortable. Try different positions. And be sure to use birth control unless you are ready to get pregnant!
