Don't smoke and avoid xs alcohol. A health diet probaly helps as does avoidance of of running marathons or xs exercise.

: You semen will be diluted (less thick) if you ejaculate too often. If that TSH level was done after you had taken levothyroxine for at least 3 months you need a higher dose. Make sure taking the pill first thing in the morning alone then do not eat or take anything within one hour. Or take nothing in stomach for at least 2 hrs before the pill and then take nothing within 1 hour after the pill.

That means you eat nutrients and avoid dyes and artificial processing that may affect fertility.

Changes in weight or treatment of sleep apnea can help as well.
