Probably not: I am not sure if this an approved product, but based on just the term used it is not expected to improve the count.
A 39-year-old member asked:

Are there any ways to improve sperm count?

Dr. Michael Fox

Not really.: If one eats well and takes a once a day vitamin, there is usually not anything that a male can do to significantly change his count. Only in a small minority of patients, who have a hormonal deficiency, can treatment really help. Many men with sleep apnea or metabolic syndrome / obesity will have low counts. Changes in weight or treatment of sleep apnea can help as well.

particular diet can increase sperm count, but there is some evidence that increased fruits and vegetables in the diet along with decreased meat intake, reduction in alcohol consumption, stopping smoking can somewhat help in bringing back semen quality to normal WHO levels.sperm count diet. if sperm count is within normal WHO levels then don't worry about it.
