Nope: those craters and crevices are part of your tonsils. You have what are called cryptic tonsils.  That stone is made up of food particles and saliva.  Gargling and water piks can help but the only way to get rid of them is by having them removed.

Depends on pain : Usually a few days of soft diet.  But this will depend on the complexity of your extraction, surgical or simple extraction, your pain level and the instructions from your dentist, surgeon. Use common sense, everyone is different.  Gradually transition from soft food to a regular diet as you can tolerate chewing harder foods.

: Most people do not have enough room in their mouth for their wisdom teeth and the offending teeth impinge on the soft tissues around them. Not much you can do on your own. Whatever the personal reasons are, make the time and find the resources to be seen and have them extracted. Continued trauma can result in swelling and infection.

Unlikely: In children with chronic sinusitis, adenoidectomy can sometimes be very helpful.  But while the adenoids are the cousins of the tonsils functionally, the tonsils are not removed for this issue.  In adults, adenoids are typically no longer present as they shrink away with age, so that isn't a surgical option for sinusitis.  And tonsillectomy is also not indicated for sinus issues in grownups.

You shouldn't unless: You meet surgical criteria. There was a time when tonsillectomies were done routinely without a specific indication. If you are having problems - see your ear/nose/throat doctor.
