Patience and time: By your 3rd or 4 th treatment, as your skin naturally turns over, these hairs and the inflammation around them will resolve and improve.  If you start digging around to pull the hairs out, you will be successful but will leave terrible scarring.  Gentle exfoliation, repeat treatments, and time will provide you with the best results.

It : It is still possible that you will get ingrown hairs with laser hair removal, although it is less likely.  During the laser hair removal process, you may actually get more ingrown hairs than you are used to- as any time you change the modality with which you remove hair- shaving to waxing to nairing to epilating to laser hair removal.  Over time, the number of in-growns should drastically reduce with laser hair removal, as there will be less hair.  Good luck!

Stress: A very common cause of mediators being released in the body. The key is to work on aspects that lower the stress. This not "all in u'r head". These are physiologic and sometimes pathophysiologic responses the body produces. Mindfulness techniques are excellent to work on. Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the best authors on mindfulness techniques.

Laser Hair Removal : Generally laser hair removal is safe.  Any part of the body can be treated.  Darker skin or lighter hair will not work as well.  The more contrast between the skin and hair the better.  Costs vary. $300-500 a treatment.  3-5 treatments, and a occasional touch up.  Pain?  Usually uncomfortable but not too bad.  Topical creams can be used if needed.

: No issue here.  You can schedule laser hair removal whenever you like and there is no interaction with Covid vaccine or any other vaccine as well.  Hopefully you will get rid of the hairs that disturb you.

Getting : Getting the hair waxed off may be an option. Hormone therapy will not reverse body hair in men. Also, taking hormone therapy may cause female characteristics in men such as growth of breasts, redistribution of body fat and thinning of skin. It does not typically reverse item that already exist such as body hair and voice.
