i'm trying to adjust my diet decreasing simple sugars& increasing proteins (my blood sugar level drops to 50 3h after eating)but i feel i'm not fine,i wake up dizzy everyday, get tired rapidly,blurred vision,confusion,feel the urge to eat sweets ?

Symptoms: It may sound strange but I suggest you first see a psychologist. Either she/he will recognize and help control your problems or will recommend a neurologist to help you.

i get blurry vision after eating starch sugar or carbs. and my blood glucose will be between 111 and 128 using my handheld glucose meter. why such strong fatigue if thats normal ranges? sugar and carbs make me feel strange yet glucose under 130 why?

i tested my blood sugar this morning and yesterday using a friend's blood glucose test and my blood sugar before eating came up 6.3 and the day before 5.9 does this mean i am prediabetes?

why do i feel so tired after my blood sugar tanks? ex.180 to 65 in 20 min..work to manage it but new things can cause it-wears me out rest of day :(

Hypoglycemia: If you're getting blood sugars in the 60s that's too low. Either you're not on a diabetes regimen that is working for you or you're experiencing a significant side effect of one of the meds. I'd check fasting and postprandial readings and discuss with your doctor.

after stopping depo-provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) a month ago i hav felt incredibly tired and weak an need to eat my blood sugar normal will his go away? is this withdrawal

Maybe pregnant: Fatigue is a typical sign of pregnancy. Since you didn't mention absence of sexual activity or the use of alternative methods of birth control, pregnancy is number one likelihood.  Please check home pregnancy test if you're sexually active without contraception.
