Chest pain: Chest pain can be from heart disease , inflamation of the lining of the lungs (pleurisy) caused by infection (pneumonia, etc).  Pain may also originate from the joints between the breast-bone and ribs. Indigestion, gall-bladder disease, stomach ulcers and acid reflux into the food pipe may cause chest pain also. Breast pain may be related to hormone changes or fibrocystic breast disease.

Stress: You can't chalk breast pain and bleeding nipples up to stress.  You must be seen by a doctor for this!

Probably not: That does not sound like symptoms of TOS.  Men can get breast cancer just like women.  I would initially start out with your primary care physician and then even see a breast surgeon specialist.  Don't let being a man deter you from sitting in a waiting room full of women in order to get checked out.

Sometimes breast : Pain can occur with pregnancy (but it is not diagnostic). Take a pregnancy test to know one way or another.  Pain might occur with period, pregnancy, pms - see your physician if not resolving.

Yes: Get BOTH a mammogram and bilateral breast ultrasound after being examined by you physician.

Recommend Dr eval.: I would see your OB-GYN or primary care doctor regarding this.  It is definitely abnormal to be having stabbing/burning pain on or around your nipples unless there is an irritant (chemical or physical) that is causing it or there could be a problem underneath the skin layer causing the pain.  It is hard to say without a more detailed history and exam however.  I would not ignore it.

May be physiologic: Your gynecologist can help clarify this. You may need more blood test and maybe even imaging help clarify the reason.  This may be part of your physiology but  would be good to check it out.

See MD: You should see the same MD who removed the abscess and if the lump in your armpit is on the same side as the abscess, this would make sense, because the lymphatics drain that area toward the armpit on the same side.  You should see the doctor and may need antibiotics.

Wire bras: If the wired-bra is properly-fitted and you are wearing the correct size, unlikely wired bras would cause chest pain/breast pain. However, if you are wearing the incorrect size or have an allergy to the wire product, it may. Difficult diagnose w/o visual. Suggestion: go to primary care physician for an evaluation and go to a store to get an associate to measure and determine your correct bra size.
