Tissue pliability: Popping of ankles and feet, if not painful in and of itself does not indicate anything.  However it may represent increased range of motion of the joint's in question.  Strengthening the muscles around the ankle would decrease this popping, by limiting the active range to a functional one.

Cyst of what?: Did you have an MRI? If not, I would recommend one. What was the injury? You need to specify to us where is the exact location the pop stems from.....

if more blisters are popping up everyday and the pain is increasing should i get my burn looked at again? it's a second degree burn caused by dropping a pot of hot soup on my foot and ankle. i am also 24 weeks pregnant.

Hard to say : Difficult to say but based on your symptoms a meniscal tear is likely. If the pain is worsening you should see an orthopedic surgeon/sports med doctor.

: Difficult to give diagnosis on this presentation  There are conditions that involve the area between the calcaneus and talus. Also subluxation of the cuboid is part of the differential diagnosis. Recommend seeing a podiatrist for X-rays and exam.

Could be multiple: Issues, for your age most likely would be a tendon issue unless you have had trauma to both ankles. It could be related to your foot structure and you might need orthtotics in your shoes. But you should have them X-rayed if you have not.

Arthritis: If you did not have an injury it may be arthritis or some other type of arthropathy such as gout.  You should see a physician and have an x-ray and exam to get a clear diagnosis.

Need reevaluation: Go back to your orthopedic surgeon , for re-evaluation of injury further study , for ligament tare , joint displacement , lateral malleolar injury etc , some times need surgery

when i lift onto the balls of my feet i hear grinding and popping in my ankle. i have sprained my ankle several times in sports. what could this be?

Ankle grinding: The grinding is usually arthritis , but it can be loose bodies , too .  The popping could be a tendon slipping in and out of its groove.    The right thing to do is to see your podiatrist for an exam and diagnosis.

Tendon issue: In the area you are describing this is posterior tibial tendonitis, if it has been going on for 1 1/2 years you may have damage to the tendon and should have it looked at.
