See your doctor: breathlessness and  being tired can be symptoms of asthma or heart disease, please get checked first to make sure that you don't have any heart or lung disease, other causse could be anemia, anxiety, overweight, etc, so get yourself checked, good luck

No!: Fatigue can be caused by many reasons, most common one being Anemia. If your Hemoglobin(Hb) level is above 10 Grams, you do not have anemia as the cause. Hb higher than this level is asymptomatic regardless of your iron level, which can also be altered by many other medical conditions besides Iron deficiency. You need to see an internist to investigate the cause of your symptoms and low iron level

YES BUT UNLIKELY. : Check with pcp ask pcp to hyperventilate you and if not reproduce symptoms a search for other causes needed . Suggest metabolic work up . Including vitamin assay. If above negative suggest pulmonary work up.

Echo: An EF less than 50% is usually abnormal. In the 40 to 50% range there may not be symptoms. You should discuss this report with your doctor and get an explanation of the significance, cause and any further steps indicated. Sometimes the EF value can be wrong so have the discussion, don't just assume the abnormality.

Have it checked out: Sounds like a small lymph node, which for a 19 year old is most likely completely normal.

However, if you are having other symptoms and are concerned for a cancerous process, have it checked out.  The bump may or may not be related to your other symptoms.

Yes: Yes you can but a full history and physical should be done with labs, cxr, ekg, echo, holter, stress test etc as needed to rule out other causes. This should be a diagnosis of exclusion so as not to miss other life threatenig causes such as CHF or sleep apenia, etc.
