Uterine contractions to force the clots out into the vagina can cause significant cramping until the clots are expelled.

It is very common for pain from one of the adjoining organs to be the culprit of pain that women attribute to their ovaries unless there is a large cyst or other issue with the ovaries.  If someone is having pain in their pelvis, they should be evaluated by an obgyn with an ultrasound to evaluate what the cause could be.

Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than in real life.: It occurs rarely and exclusively in someone who is pregnant. The only way to know if someone had implantation bleeding or just irregular menstrual bleeding is to wait and see if you are pregnant. If your test is positive then this was implantation bleeding. If it is negative then it is just irregular menstrual bleeding.

Preg: Its probably accurate irregular periods do happen  a blood test for pregnancy is more specific  if it persists see your gyn.
