Does he smoke meth?: Having sex with a meth user will not result in a dirty urine.  However if your bf is smoking meth, you could end up with being exposed to meth and have a dirty urine.

Urinalysis: Leucocyte esterase comes from white blood cells - infection fighters.  Having these cells in your urine usually means infection.  However, there can be other causes and so i would recommend that you talk with your doctor about getting a urine culture done if she/he thinks this means infection.

Follow-up: This may be anything from the lifelong non-disease "thin gbm" to a smoldering kidney or bladder cancer. Your physician is extremely good at figuring out how to get to the bottom of this.

+ amphet test: Ask the person doing the test. It depends on the test. What is in truvision? Could be amphetamines.

Unlikely: It is not likely that swallowing the semen of a heroin user will cause you to have a positive urine test. However, by having a heroin user as a boyfriend you are exposing yourself to many dangers, including HIV. Please reconsider your choice to have relations with a drug abuser.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

False positive UDS: Both trazodone and sertraline (Zoloft) can cause false positive drug screens. Trazodone frequently shows up as methamphetamine and sertraline can show up as benzodiazepines.

Absolutely not: Different drugs, and will not give false positive results. Mechanism of action for gabapentin and pregabilin are similar but quite different from diazepam. Also the metabolites of diazepam would be in the blood or urine teats
