STD : Urethritis of any cause may have discharge, the majority are std.  Sometimes a chemical or inflammatory reaction in the urethra can lead to a discharge, but this occurs  in the minority of cases.

Yes..: Many people having std without having symptoms, more often women..Chlamydia is quite commonly the culprit.
If you have unusual discharge or concern, please consult your doc for testing...Std is a concern for you and your partner(s) and may have devastating consequences.

May not be ...: Itching in the penis &amp; anal / peri-anal regions alone is not related with STDs. Instead, such itching is caused by some unclear reasons, recurs with widely variable degree, duration &amp; interval. How to manage it? Unclear, but the following may be tried: avoid topical overly dryness or wetness and apply 05-1 % Hydrocortisone cream lightly to ease (not cure) the symptom. More doubt? See Doc timely.

ok so i have tested for stds and theyre negative but earlier when i was pooping i had white/ clear discharge come from my penis no pain or anything else what could cause this? no other discharge other then just now when i was pooping? i have dr appt?

: I think you're the same person who asked about discharge but in that question didn't mention the association with defecation. See that reply. Probably nothing is wrong, just abdominal pressure and stool passing over the internal genital organs, expressing fluid from your prostate or seminal vesicles.

std test negative its been 3 months since sexual activity but i just had discharge from penis with no other symptoms it was clear/white what could cause this i have a dr appointment but have to wait till then so just curious what could cause this?

: Urethral discharge is usually an STD symptom, but 3 months is unusually long; and clear discharge also isn't typical. Also, you don't mention painful or uncomfortable urination, which usually goes along with urethral infection. If the discharge occurred when you were moving your bowels, this occurs quite commonly:  stool and abdominal pressure can express fluid from seminal vesicles or prostate.

having a tiny amount of white discharge when i squeeze my penis in the morning. throughout the day my penis head seems to be wet but no color discharge. tested negative for stds except a equivocal hsv 2. could this be hsv 2? what else can cause this?

: Herpes is not a possibility for this. Probably you're just seeing normal urethral fluid, or perhaps residual pre-ejaculate fluid that accompanied normal erections during sleep. If you start seeing more, e.g. staining of your underwear, get it checked out.

: Neither HSV, HPV, nor any other STD causes such symptoms. But get tested for common STDs -- especially gonorrhea and chlamydia -- if you are at risk, and see a doctor if your symptoms continue and you remain concerned. But don't worry about herpes or HPV as a cause.

when i poop in the morning, i sometimes have a whitish/clearish discharge from my penis. all std/uti tests came back negative. is it prostate fluid from straining, or can sexual thoughts at night cause this discharge?

: The last things you mention can make prostatic fluid and secretions of the glands  near it can come out specialy when you poop as it increases the pressure on the prostate which sits right behind the rectum. It is nothing to worry about.

i had gonorrhoea three months back and got the treatment. after that std symptoms like pain in penis, groin,testicle, urge to pee are come and go. 7 essential sti pcr tests are negative. clear watery discharge in morning. what could be the reason?

: Of these symptoms, only the discharge indicates anything important. You may have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), probably acquired at the same time as the gonorrhea. See a doctor (preferably an STI or infectious diseases specialist). If NGU is confirmed, with documentation of increased WBC in your urethra, you'll need additional treatment, and perhaps testing for Mycoplasma genitalium. Good luck.
