No warm up: lack of warm up and stretching could be very harmful to the muscle .running will build up lactic acid in the unprepared muscle and cause pain.you need adequate warm up and stretching could prevent that

Possible UTI: secondary to bladder or urethral infection, inflammation or exposure to STD, depending on use of condoms or unprotected intercourse with  partners/infected partner. The pain is secondary to spasm of the urethra and/or bladder.

You need GYN eval: to find out why sx's are so severe. NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise &amp; acupuncture are excellent for PMS / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol &amp; salt. Get GYN eval to R/O underlying pathology.Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or Black Cohosh with dr ok. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain

after vaginal sex, i was having very painful cramps in the anal area and into my lower abdomen. the pain made it hard to move. now next day i still have some discomfort and bloating. and heavy feeling in anal area. what would cause this?

: It may be due to cramping of the pelvic muscles. Try sitting in warm water to help in relaxing the muscles. Drink some fruit juice or eat bananas and/or oranges in case it is due to low potassium.

Several issues: See a back surgeon and get examined and have this corrected.  The sooner you go the better the chances for full recovery.  If you ignore nerve damage too long it may be too late for complete reversal.  Best wishes.
