biopsy results shown non alcoholic fatty liver disease. im not obese and other main causes dont apply to me, how's this possible? i am active/healthy

Need more info: How tall are you and how much do you weigh? What medications, if any, are you taking? Do you exercise? If yes, how and how much? What did the results of blood lipid studies show? As you can see, the issue may be too complicated for this forum and it would be prudent to consult a liver specialist.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

It's just you: This test itself is not mainstream. It is experimental. A high value on a B12 is never a clinical concern. Reference ranges at real labs are set so that a few percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end.

Yes...it can: Severe liver diseases as in cirrhosis, often due to hepc n/or alcohol etc..Can cause fluid retention in the abdomen (ascities) and swelling of legs.
Often a difficult illness to manage, because the liver is so important an organ in term of its miriad of functions. He may have esophageal varices (enlarged veins in esophagus) which may bleed..
Regular visits with doc..Very important..

No: Look for some other cause. Consider reactive drop in the blood suger / early glucose intolerance as a possible cause.

Many things ...: There are many causes of liver inflammation - hepatitis viruses, fatty liver, alcohol, genetic diseases, autoimmune diseases - to name some of them.  If your liver enzymes are elevated, the cause should be determined.  Longstanding liver injury can sometimes lead to cirrhosis.

MANY THINGS: What test do you mean by "liver count"??????? The most common tests are enzymes and high levels are most commonly associated with medications/alcohol but other numbers indicate possible obstructive issues (pancreas/ gallbladder)
