Parasitic infection?: It is possible you have a parasitic infection , its not a rare as one may think esp if you enjoy raw seafood. I would get to a physician and have a stool examination if there are parasites in there you would require oral medication to kill them

Right treatment: White worms that grow to 15 cm or more are soil transmitted helminths (parasitic worms). Ascaris live in the intestines and Ascaris eggs are passed out in the feces of infected persons. Ascaris is caused by investing eggs, Toddler eating mud pies or uncleared food with soil still on the food. Symptoms can be light or heavy. Treatment is simple Albendazole  dose 400mg PO x 1 dose with food.

Need investigation: You have to take your  dap to his doctor , it could be as simple as hemorrhoids ,  or complex  as  colonic tumor , only way to know is by examination and investigation

Worms: Pin worm is the most common. IT would be a good idea to take a sample of stools and have the pathologist look at it and confirm the type of worm so that the correct treatment can be done.
