Keratosis pilaris: This is a sign you are irritating or over drying your skin.  You may need a prescription but most of my pts with this do better if they use gentler products when bathing and a good moisturizer.

KP: Hard to say without seeing them but its likely keratosis pilaris.  Very common. Usually not symptomatic, just annoys the people who have it.

ARM BUMPS: Difficult to know without seeing these bumps. If they do not itch, it could be a harmless condition called keratosis pilaris. An over-the-counter cream that you can try is amlactin (no financial interest!)  if it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist.

Folliculitis: Inflammation of the hair follicle occurs for many reasons, but when associated with shaving usually is caused by a dull razor, sensitivity to the shaving/ hygeine product or friction by clothing.  Trauma from hair extraction through waxing may also produce this.

Pityriasis rosea?: This rash, which often follows a viral or upper respiratory infection, often begins with a single patch, classically on the abdomen or armpit. It then spreads to the extremities.  Only about 1/4 people suffer from itching. No treatment is usually required, especially if there is no itching. UV light/sunlight may speed recovery. It usually resolve in a matter of weeks, but up to 6 months. Good luck

Hydrate and moisture: Make sure she is well hydrated, water is best. Change to non scented products for laundry and skip the dryer towels. Bathe her with soaps that are not perfumed, such as dove. Apply moisturizer, again unscented while skin is damp after a short bath. Apply moisturizer several times per day. Avoid triggers in food, additives, and pollens. Try several creams and find what is agreeable to her skin.
