Concerning: This can signal loss of testosterone in a grown man, even if the sexual stuff is normal. Hemochromatosis, other liver troubles, pituitary problems and a bunch of other possiblities exist. Your physician usually screens you for liver stuff fairly often, and if the libido is flagging, make an appointment.

Shaving hair: NO, shaving does not "cause" hair growth. The old wives tale that shaving hastens hair growth in adolescence APPEARS to be true because adolescents are at the age when hair growth begins! Also, when you shave hair it becomes prickly, and more noticeable to the touch. The hair follicle beneath the skin does not know whether the hair above it has been cut long, short or completely shaved.

No: Your hair follicles don't care how short you cut your hair :)  as long as you don't shave your hair so close that the tips of the remaining hair shafts curl into the skin surface, causing razor bumps, you won't notice any changes in how your hair grows back.

Genes and hair: No. Shaving your head will not change your genes. If you are not eating enough protein in your diet that may be a place to look for better hair growth.

Skin sensitivity: I do not know for sure, but if you are going from the outside hotter temperature to the inside cooler temps, your blood vessels with constrict as you go form hot to cold and may be causing a sensitivity reaction in your skin that causes an itchy feeling. Hair : Typically loss if head hair is genetically determined. At times there may be a skin condition responsible , such a certain medications, thyroid disease, chemotherapy, etc.   See a dermatologist to evaluate and treat the hair loss.

Well balanced diet: A well-balanced diet can help promote human hair growth. Vitamin b3 is said to be the backbone of the hair growth process as well as protein since the hair contains high amounts of keratin.

In most cases it is most similar in color to the eyebrows of the individual.On some individuals, pubic hair is thick and/or coarse; on others it may be sparse and/or fine; these varieties may appear in either sex.

Interesting.: There is some genetic work going on. Some where in your family background someone may have had a gene for red hair. If you are very much concerned please consult with a dermatologist but I think the "problem" is benign. .
