No one knows: There is no way, outside of in vitro fertilization, to reliably predict the timing of a pregnancy. I'm not sure what sort of "ovulation kit" you've been using; timing intercourse with presumed or expected ovulation can be helpful but is no guarantee. If you have been trying for over a year, or have specific health concerns, a fertility specialist may be able to help (but still can't predict!).

wart: Warts on the extremity stay in the skin layer , so there is no ' deep ' wart.  There are different sizes , certainly , that seem like one is deeper than another.  If it is large , see a doctor for assistance.  These are caused by a virus and when large usually do not regress on their own.  So , your best course of action is see a physician for the proper assistance.

See a doctor: Many people miss their periods without being pregnant.  It can be a sign of a hormonal problem.  Beyond diagnosing the hormonal problem, see a doctor as it's not good to have an irregularity as people with irregular periods have a higher incidence of osteoporosis.

So how long it takes to get pregnant is based on your own fertilty.

A day or so: An ovulation predictor kit shows a threshold level of lh, the hormone that produces ovulation. It will turn negative when the level drops below a certain level. This can also occur if the urine is diluted.

Stop: You shouldn't take maca if you're trying to conceive since the effects are largely unknown and not scientifically validated. Take pregnitude!
