Viral infection: The combination of sore throat and swelling with irritation in the eyes is highly suggestive of a viral infection (pharyngitis plus conjunctivitis) for which there is no known treatment that will cure it. Standard advice is to stay well hydrated (drink plenty of fluids), take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the pain, and apply hot/wet compresses to your eyes. Then just add  a tincture of time.

Get checked: Being seen in person is reasonable. Could be a stye, infection or sinus issue. If pregnant it makes it more of an urgency to make sure it does  not interfere with pregnancy. Good luck

Nether do I: Go see your pediatrician and get your son examined and treated appropriately.  And do this soon.  The eye is nothing to fool around with or to delay in management.

Sinusitis: Most possibly a sinusitis in your left frontal or maxillary sinuses. This must most definitely be checked out by your GP. Could also be an abscess. Don't take any chances.....

Stye: This is likely a stye.  Use warm compresses on the lid 3-4 times per day.   If it gets worse or fails to resolve in 3-4 days, see an ophthalmologist.

Stye: At your age, this is most likely a beginning of a stye.  Treat this with frequent (4-5 times per day) very warm washcloths applied for 4 minutes at a time.  This will usually break the cycle.  If this is persistent over two weeks, then see an ophthalmologist.

Infection.: This is suggestive of a stye. This is an infection of the glands of the upper or lower lid. This may require an antibiotic and is important to see your doctor. Use some warm compresses three times a day until you can see the doctor. If you can not get an appt, go to the local urgent care.
