Healthy lifestyle: You and she might consider a healthy lifestyle that includes fruits, veggies, lean meat, exercise and Folic Acid for her.  Both might benefit from dha supplementation.   Then there are ovulation kits that you can purchase at the drugstore so you know when she will ovulate.  Then you want sperm on board when she ovulates. It can take 12 months or longer for conception in normal adults.

Pregnancy with IUD: Sounds like you both are not on the same page. I recommend that you see a marriage counselor to resolve this because no matter what happens one of you will resent the other (more). Pregnancy can happen after 5 years but sometimes the presence of the IUD, no matter how old, can prevent pregnancy. If she were to conceive, IUD removal can cause a miscarriage.

Infertility: Nope. Vitamins will not in any way fix or change the problem causing your infertility. I would advise you to get to a real fertility specialist and to get the real testing done to see what is keeping you from conceiving and then work on a real fix or treatment so that you can consider having another child.

1. Don't smoke.
2. Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs.
3. Maintain a normal weight, being underweight or overweight can affect ovulation.
4. Take a good multiple vitamin to insure adequate folate (folic acid) levels.

I : I am assuming you had a reversal procedure. Please reply if otherwise. To help pin point ovulation thus having a better chance of conceiving buy an ovulation prediction kit and follow the detailed instructions.  As far as lowering the risk of miscarriage, this is nearly impossible. Most pregnancies that end in miscarriage are a result of the fetus having a chromosomal defect that is incompatible with life. There are other causes of miscarriage (clotting disoders etc.) but these are not usually considered until a woman has 3 miscarriages.
Please see your doctor; after obtaining a detailed history from you and your partner he/she will be able to give more applicable advice.

Condoms, pills, etc.: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  a visit to one’s ob-gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.
