Shaving Tips: Insure you use fresh, sharp blades vice dull blades. If hair is &gt; several mm long – then trim before shaving. Wash area before shaving – warm water helps to soften hair. Use a lubricant when shaving. Avoid using products that contain alcohol or are scented.  Shave in direction of the hair – not against it. Be gentle when shaving – don’t push down too hard. Moisturize skin after shaving.

The estimates that we presently have take into account many assumptions which also may not be true.  The estimates given are an "educated guess" at best and will likely change as more information is obtained.  Don't worry about the numbers now.

Avoid : Drugs, too much caffeine or alcohol, eat healthy, remain well hydrated and exercise. Even with all this eventually if we live long enough we will get wrinkles. Hence do not stress as that will not help

Aorta: People who have a coarctation of the aorta operated on can live a long normal life

No: Normal BP is 120/80.  Anything above that is not normal.  Make sure you are measuring with proper cuff size and several times per day.  If the average is &gt;120/80, see a doctor.  Initial treatment is weight loss, sodium restriction, and exercise.  But you should have your kidney and thyroid checked anyway, so go see a doctor.

No: There is no such evidence that incidence of shingles is increasing in younger population.

That's what htn does: High blood pressure can, over time, cause heart muscle thickening and then later on enlargement. Best have the process evaluated by a primary care physician, who will confirm and expertly advise on which meds to use to counteract this process.
