Oral Sex & STDs: Yes, of course.  You are at risk for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and herpes and possibly hpv.  If there was not any ejaculation then HIV and hepatitis are unlikely.

Oral Sex and STDs: It is common. Not rare.  Humans who perform oral sex on the penis are at risk of contracting gonorrhea and chlamydia. They often do not know that they have this infection because it is often symptom free in the throat.  The male who has received the oral sex, however, if he gets infected, is most likely to get symptoms in his penis within four to five days post exposure.

: No problem and no risk, especially if you both were treated with doxycycline. If not (e.g. if either of you was treated with azithromycin), you could both be retested in a few weeks to recheck. But do not retest sooner than 3 weeks; it sometimes takes that long for the test to become negative, even in persons who have been cured.

However, keep in mind that stuff can leak around the other end-- but for your partner to get it that way is probably a long shot.As for you,if you are still being treated as directed then those secretions have been treated as well.Let's hope you're taking the right antibiotic; like, is it just  Chlamydia down there???

Unlikely...but: If the infection is isolated to the female genital tract, oral sex would not transfer the germ. It transfers in mucus derived from the infected sites. Chlamydia does not enter the blood &amp; then transfer to other sites like the mouth. That said, there is a slight possibility that the oral and nasal membranes could transiently sustain chlamydia if it was to get there directly.
