You : You should be ok as far as the HIV goes....But other std's need to be ruled out.  Your presentation is rather atypical for it...But syphilis needs to be checked.  Virus titres for CMV and ebv need to be checked as well (a chronic fatigue type presentation).  Hepatitis c should not be overlooked either.  It would be wise to do general chemistries, liver panels and CBC to rule out other potential problems.

No: Sitting in a bathtub with bubble bath soap is about the worst trigger for that sort of problem.  Use a shower drink lots of water and hydrate your skin.  Baths dry it out and the bubble bath is an irritant.
