Many things: No all joint  pains are  arthritis. These  can  also be muscle  problems,  bursitis, tendonitis - all of  which can also cause  joint  pains. Clues  include : are the areas  tender  to touch - then where  is the tender  area. Are there  swollen joints  - then which ones. Are the symptoms improved  by exercise? Are the symptoms worse at  night? If you look at the painful areas are there visuals.

Rhematoid arthritis: As an orthopedic surgeon who treats R.A. Patients( end stage usually for joint replacement ), i would say that by definition R.A. Pts . Have joint pain because of the very nature of their diagnosis; generally not neuropathic( diabetic  , for example). In my experience a negative rf, ana, etc.  Early on is more common than not... Prob. A good phy. Exam to confirm dx. And nsaids would be most helpful.

Need clarify: There may be  different reasons, but we  need to know  what joints, what  makes it  better,  what  makes  it  worse. Do you note it with specific activity. Are you able to play certain sports and not others? Do you joints swell? An evaluation is necessary to clarify your joint aches.

You really need to: coordinate this with your oncology team. They have a better grasp of your relatively complicated medical history, your other meds, what is safe to prescribe, and the dosing. We would really be overstepping boundaries if we were to start pain management exclusively via telemedecine. They know how your liver and kidneys are doing, and how all the drugs need to be juggled.
