Sensations: These sensations could be a manifestation of release of chemicals at the skin level related to a type of a reaction causing vasodilation. This would be akin to blushing. Such reactions may be a response to temperature changes, certain foods or spices or chemicals. The cause may be quite elusive,however.  In the meantime observe for skin changes and any evidence of the above causes.

Reduce covers: Your room may be warmer than needed, or you may have more covers than needed. What you described does not seem to be a health issue. If you lose weight, see a doctor. Just try reducing the room temperature or reduce the amount of covers.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

my 4,5 year old boy have a wet cough (initially was dry) for 3 weeks especially when sleeping. had much phlegm,dont spit, but swallow. no other symptoms, is well, happy, energic boy. when is playing the cough is rare, 1 per hour. is normal?

Not normal: So sorry your sweet boy is I’ll.  Three weeks of nighttime coughing is not normal.  It is still possible this is in the realm of a resolving viral infection if his cough is improving day by day. If the night time cough is stable, he may have a sinus infection needing treatment.
