Light, the wrong termature also spermacidal.

Depends on situation: Light housekeeping should never cause any harm to the fetus. In fact many mothers carry on an active & very physical life up to delivery.I have followed jazercise instructors that did just that. If your doc has told you to limit activity due to related health issues, you should follow that advise. Also, when you tire, you should rest.

Any fluids can carry semen, viruses and bacteria.  Always, always practice safe sex and there will be less to be unsettled about.   You are exposed to your boyfriend's semen.
