No.: There are so many problems with this. First, it implies the sperm are external. The water, clothes, distance would impede things greatly. THEN, the entire context is spermacidal: water than isn't both the right acidity and the right salt content is spermacidal. And the water likely has chlorine..very spermacidal. Light, the wrong termature also spermacidal.

Here are some ...: The scenario described poses an impossible journey for sperms to pass through and I'm sure there has been no known study to scientifically address the issue you raised. So, I would incline to say the odd for sperms to swim through the wet clothes is zero.
