Incorrect: Wet brain syndrome is a brain disease that is caused by thiamine ( vitamin b1) deficiency, seen most often in alcoholics with poor nutrition, leading to this vitamin deficiency.
Too much water intake can cause a different brain dysfunction caused by diluting the sodium concentration in the blood, leading to confusion, coma, and death( in severe cases).

Highly unlikely: Although there was a case of a women getting amoebic infection in the brain attributed to irrigating the sinuses with non-sterile water, there has been no other case I am aware of. Thus your getting amoeba invading your brain is highly unlikely.   May try some nasal saline or gel to moisturize your nose.

Too hard on yourself: Drooling during sleep is not that unusual.  Some people are prone to having a lot of saliva. I would want a thorough history and exam.  Drooling can be caused by many ailments- meds, breathing problems, sleep position, etc.  I would see a dentist.

Non-specific: A pressure sensation around the eyes and brow is very common and can be caused by anything from a sinus infection to eyestrain from reading. The wet leakage symptom is more unusual. It would be reasonable to see your regular primary care doctor first to look for and treat more common problems initially.

hi, still haven't received the confirmation of ms diagnosis, when the weather is hot and humid i loose my balance,diff walking,and i fall. brain mri showed white matters. do i have ms or it's a beginning of ms? thanks?

: What you describe is consistent with MS but not confirmatory.  To reach clinical understanding, would do full spinal fluid evaluation and blood studies including anti-aquaporin-4, and NFL.  GET A SECOND OPINION ASAP
