See ur doctor: You need to have bloodwork (BHCG, progesterone, estrogen), ultrasound. Bed rest, keep hydrated and legs up in addition to what your OB doc recommends.

Rectal bleeding: The pathology report will help to determine the risk of colon cancer. Some polyps do raise the risk of colon cancer but some are not dangerous. Good luck

Internal bleeding: Could be a serious condition depending on the amount and location of bleeding.  If you suffered recent injury or had an operation, you could be bleeding into the area.  And bleeding into the head is more serious than bleeding into say chest or abdomen.

Post AB bleeding: If you are still bleeding after a "medical abortion",  you may still be pregnant , and it may be in your tube (ectopic).  See your OB provider and get a serum HCG test to be certain, but you may need a "D&amp;C" even if the test is negative to remove debris left in the uterus.

Get it seen.: Nails come off either due to trauma or if blood gets in between the nail and the nail bed. Either way, if the nail comes off it should be checked so that the new nail can come in smoothly. See a podiatrist or orthopedic foot specialist.
