i tested an hour after breakfast at 115 and an hour after lunch at 144
i try to eat as healthy as possible and exercise with a daily 3 mile run at 24-27 minutes
is this anything to worry ?

Depends: How was the blood glucose testing done? If it was home testing, then these results cannot be used for diagnosis. You may consider getting fasting plasma glucose levels determined at an accredited laboratory.  Your A1c levels is in a healthy range and suggests that you are not at risk for diabetes.  It is good that you exercise daily.

what to do to reduce triglycerides? mine was 220 after lunch. should i worry? my a1c was 6.6, take 1000mg metformin a day & want to go down to 5.5.

Diet,exercise: Normal triglycerides  is 150 or less-not to worry because you can't get it down with exercise and diet-low in carb including alcohol and dairy products.These would lower your hba1c as well.Be sure to follow up with your doctor closely as instructed.

Sugar: That means there is too much sugar in your system.  It can represent early diabetes which implies that you have burnt out your Insulin receptors and the pancreas function is no longer optimal. It can also represent that you always have too much sugar in your diet.  This should be a warning call to get to work limiting your carbohydrate intake to less than 25% of your calories and to begin to diet.

: A normal A1C level is below 5.7%, a level of 5.7% to 6.4% indicates prediabetes. Losing about 10% body weight, exercising at least 150 minutes a week and consulting nutritionist about diet are imperative.
If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor and consider taking medication.
