Yes: I have had several patients report ringing in their ears or tinnitus that either began or worsened on wellbutrin (bupropion) and other antidepressants that seem to increase norepinephrine.  It goes away when the med is stopped but you may not get the same benefit from other antidepressants.  Adding a low dose of Klonopin sometimes helps.  Tinnitus is associated with hearing loss, i advise a hearing test.

Talk to your doctor : You will have to discuss this with your doctor. Reversing sexual dysfunction associated with Paxil may require a reduction in your Paxil dose. I have prescribed Wellbutrin XL 150mg along with SSRI 's. Some cases require cessation of the SSRI. Augmentation with Buspar (buspirone) may help. Hope this helps.

why does wellbutrin (bupropion) cause the side effect of inflammation in 1 feet (redness and swelling) within a day or two of use?

Concurrent Rx: Perhaps it's an interaction between Wellbutrin (bupropion) and another medication or herbal that you are taking.  Do you have any other medical conditions ?  Does the inflammation persist throughout the entire time that you are taking Wellbutrin (bupropion) ?  Is this the first time that you have taken Wellbutrin (bupropion) ?

Wellbutrin (bupropion) is more: likely to be associated with weight loss than weight gain in depressed patients.

Probably ongoing : If you continue (after at week) to have such a severe side effect from the wellbutrin, (bupropion) then it's highly likely that you will not "get through" it and feel better. I would recommend discussing a change to another antidepressant with your psychiatrist.

No: remeron and Zoloft are basically increasing the same neurotransmitters like Zoloft.  Wellbutrin (bupropion) works on dopamine and not serontonin like remeron and Zoloft. It does not counter the sexual effects of the wellbutrin (bupropion)  If you are having problems see your provider for other options

No: you you don't want to take both together, they do interact and you can have more side effects, besides, Wellbutrin won't help reverse the other drug side effects, better consult your doctor. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications
